Master
Distributors
Becoming a Master Distributor for CIS Software requires a commitment to excellence, a history of success in business and to be ready to meet the challenges required to develop a team of CIS Certified Consultants in various industries. Of course, the revenue and rewards for Master Distributors makes the road well worth travelling!
A Master Distributor is responsible for all consultants in their territory. They may sign-up their own consultants and any independent CIS Certified Consultants that sign-up directly with CISWWSG would be assigned to the Master Distributor to obtain the CIS Licenses in their territory. The Master Distributor will enjoy a reasonable mark-up of each monthly payment from each consultant from contracts that are signed in their territory (see Note 1). In fact, the more consultants the Master Distributor signs and trains, the more monthly annuity revenue the Master Distributor will enjoy.
Additionally, the Master Distributor may offer from time-to-time, CIS Training Seminars to clients and consultants. Clients or consultants from any territory may attend these training sessions if the date, price and location is desirable. These training sessions would be advertised on the CIS Software Web Site and in monthly News Letters to All CIS Clients and Certified Consultants.
Master Distributors may also sign-up clients directly and use their own (employed) consultants and enjoy an additional consultant fee revenue as well as the CIS Licensing revenue on a monthly basis.
To become a Master Distributor, an organization must have a proven business track record in their territory and have sales revenue more than one-million dollars per year. It is not required that the Master Distributor be presently in the consulting business since each consultant must be certified by CIS World Wide Sales Group. It is far more important that the Master Distributor be able to demonstrate a leadership role in business and a record of success.
For further information about becoming a Master Distributor, please contact Bretta Kelly, President.
Note 1: The Master Distributor may only license CIS to consultants that sign a contract within their territory. This does not apply to all consultants world-wide that may work in their territory as a result of a global contract. An example of a Global Contract is when a consultant in Boston signs a contract with a customer that has satellite offices across the United States. In this scenario, the CIS license payments would be paid to the Master Distributor in Boston and not to each Master Distributor across the United States where the consultant must travel, train and implement the Global Contract.
